Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the treatment booked (discretionary by management). If you are late for an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or rearrange it. no shows on the day will be subject to a 100% charge.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change at any time.

Payments

We accept all major debit/credit cards or cash. We do not accept American Express cards or cheques.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always welcome but are in no way at all compulsory. Tips will go directly to the therapist you intend them to go to.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only, and may be purchased in person, online or over the phone.

Health and Safety

In the interest of Health and Safety and for the comfort of you and other clients, please do not bring babies or children into the salon.

Medical

If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication that may affect your treatment in any way, please tell your therapist.

Guarantee

We only use products we trust and perform treatments that deliver. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any part of your treatment, please let us know. So please ensure any form of dissatisfaction is brought directly to the attention of Sue Vonwiller, Perfect Touch Beauty Salon Owner.

Perfect Touch Beauty takes your privacy seriously. We will only ask for information that relates specifically to the treatment you wish to receive, to ensure we are able to safely perform your treatment. Your details are never shared with anyone else.

What Information Do We Need?

We need your contact details, your: name, phone number, address, postcode and email address. We will also need information about your age and health in order for a treatment to go ahead. We also need you to fill out the COVID-19 Disclaimer form as per government guidelines. A link to this form can be found once you make your booking and a link will also be sent to you via email once booking is confirmed. The information on this form will be saved for 21 days as per government guidelines and used if needed for the track and trace government scheme.

Why Do We Need It, How Will We Use It and How Long Will We Retain It?

We need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for and also for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offer you a treatment with Perfect Touch Beauty. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfil ours (carry out treatment).
